I have a feeling your affinity for felines is directly related to your early exposure to the musical "Cats"...I'm surprised you haven't named any of your cats after the characters in the musical like Rum Tum Tugger or Mcavity or Bustopher Jones...
There could be a connection...i think it also made me think that cats like practical jokes (and dancing).
